Established in 1994, AME INDUSTRIES is engaged in manufacturing of state - of - the - art  sealant Z-Pac.  Z-Pac is a flexible high density compound which is produced in bulk form (putty type). It can be moulded into virtually any shape. It is an Anti - Foulant and Anti - Corrosive and will not dry. Because of it's low friction, energy consumption is substantially reduced. Use of Z-Pac eliminates torque problems.   

Z-Pac is used in all types of Rotary pumps, Globe Valves, Control Valves and Gate Valves. It can withstand applications up to 3000 R.P.M.'s Temp. up to 425° C, pH 0-14, Pressures up to 14 Kg./Cm² on pumps & up to 32 Kg./Cm² on valves.

Z-Pac outlasts and outperforms conventional packings with virtually zero leakage. No flush water is required. Z-Pac is economical, reduces down time and contains no asbestos. The self lubricating ensures longetivity of new machinery and eliminates in convenience due to leaks and worn shafts of old machinery.

We also directly import Metal repair epoxies. Our Steel Seal, Wet Patch, Copper Patch, Alum. Patch and Wood Patch comes in std. packing of 110 to 120 gms. sticks. These sticks cures very fast within to minutes.  Steel Seal, Wet Patch, Copper Patch, Alum. Patch are hand kneadale, Non Rusting, Reinforced Epoxy Putty that mixes in one minute to provide fast permanent repairs to Ferrous Metals, Fiberglass / Concrete / Ceramic / Glass, Copper / Brass / Bronze and Aluminum respectively.

Fx-738, Metal rebuilding grade is a two-component, 100% Solids, Metal reinforced Polymeric Compound which can be used to repair virtually any metal surface that has been damaged, cracked or worn.

Aluminum  putty is a two part, room temp. curing epoxy compound with pure aluminum particles, modified curing agents and special high quality additives to provide outstanding adhesion. Strength and durability, use to repair pipes, valves, pumps, castings, etc. Where a non-rusting, non-magnetic aluminum finish is desired.

BF-891, Bonding and filling epoxy cement is a two component. Pigmented epoxy resin which has high chemical resistance, contains so volatile solvents adheres to vertical surfaces without sagging and forms a strong bond to metal, glass, wood, polyester, phenolic and other materials.
